Everything in one calm place.

Three small jobs, done well. No noise, no chasing, no group-chat archeology.

Invitations

Invitations that fit the occasion.

Personal invites — or one open join link guests can use without signing up. Covers are matched to the occasion automatically: a ski trip looks like a ski trip, a birthday like a birthday.

Optional module Lists, when they help

Wishlists, supply lists, packing lists.

Birthdays, weddings, baby showers, BBQs, cabin trips — turn on a shared list when it fits. Guests claim items, chip in on bigger gifts, or just tick off what they're bringing.

Lists are optional — turn one on when it fits.

Share any list with a link — guests join in without an account.

Invitations, your way

Two ways to invite.

Send personal invites by email — easy to track who's actually coming, and they get notified if details change. Or share one open link guests can RSVP through without signing up. Set the link to approval mode if you want to vet who joins. Use either, or both on the same event.

One event, one place

Coordination, not chaos.

Everything for one event in one place — guest list, comments, location, date, even a map. No more scrolling back through six different group chats.

  • RSVPs visible at a glance — going, interested, pending, declined.
  • Lists for "who's bringing what" right next to the event.
  • Location and date stay where guests can find them.
Lists, your way

Lists for the small stuff.

Coordinate the small stuff right next to the event. Wishlists for birthdays. Supply lists for "who's bringing what" at a BBQ. Packing lists for the cabin weekend. Guests claim items, chip in on bigger gifts together, or just tick off what they're bringing.

Share a public link — guests can claim or contribute without signing up.

Your people

The people you don't want to forget.

Keep the people in your life close — family, neighbours, the hiking crowd. Save names, birthdays, and a note on how you know them. Samla emails you before the date, so the next birthday doesn't sneak up on you.

Each person has their own space for lists you build over time — gift ideas for your dad, your daughter's wishlist, books to lend your sister. When the event comes, attach the list to the invite or share it with whoever's pitching in.

How it works.

Three steps. Five minutes from idea to invite-sent.

  1. 1 Step one

    Create the event.

Add the type, date, place and a few details. Samla picks a fitting cover for you.

  2. 2 Step two

    Invite people.

Send personal invites by name, or share one open join link with the whole group.

  3. 3 Step three

    Track everything.

RSVPs, comments, +1s — and a list if it fits (wishlist, supply or packing).

Questions, answered.

The short, honest version.

Is Samla just for birthdays and parties?

No — Samla works for any plan with a guest list. Birthdays, cabin trips, BBQs, hikes, dinner parties, baby showers — or whatever you're doing together next.

Do my guests need to install anything?

No. Guests RSVP through a shared link in any browser — no app, no account, no friction. Only the host needs to install Samla.

Do guests need to sign up to RSVP?

No. Share an open link and guests RSVP straight from the browser — no app, no account. Personal invites by email work too if you'd rather keep things tracked.

What if someone joins my open link who I didn't expect?

Set the link to approval mode and you review each request before they're in — useful when you're sharing the link in a group chat or post. Or leave it fully open if you trust everyone who'll see it.

Can I edit an event after I've sent invites?

Yes. Change the date, place, or details anytime. Guests who joined with their email get notified about the change. Anyone using the open link sees the update next time they open it. RSVPs stay attached.

What can I use Lists for?

Anything you'd otherwise track in a group chat. A wishlist for a birthday. A "who's bringing what" for a BBQ. A packing list for the cabin. A to-do for the things to handle before the day. A shopping list, a setup checklist, snacks for the playground meetup — whatever the event needs. Skip them entirely if it doesn't.

Is it free?

Yes — free to start, no card required. A Premium tier unlocks extras later — opt in only if you want it.

Does Samla use AI?

Not yet. Samla focuses on coordination first. We're exploring optional AI helpers for things like wishlists and gift ideas later — opt-in if and when they ship.

Got something to plan with people?

Set it up, send your first invite, let people RSVP — five minutes, no friction.
